The position

Typical Ligurian villa close to the sea and main roads, with English landscaped garden and olive trees. Nearby you can find mini-market with home delivery, shops, (takeaway) pizzerias and restaurants and so on. The historic town centre, the Harbor and the Tennis Club of Loano are easily reachable with a nice walk. The Golf is 10 Km away. Walls for climbing in a nearby hinterland to explore, easy hikes, mountain bike tours with a guide and sailboat tours.

The apartments

Soundproofed rooms, all equipped with air conditioning, telephone, color TV, kitchenette, bathroom, safe, terraces and balconies with direct sea view or side and overlooking the lodge and garden. Sleeps 2/5; two-room apartment with addition of a small bedroom with twin beds (plus chairsofa), bathrooms, directly onto the garden.

The facilities

Reception service, lift, lounge with TV and bar, garden, children playground, unattended parking and garage, very close beach with discount agreement for guests, or bathing facilities with daily and free access. baby bathtub and cot, high chair (to request on booking) along the beach. Good home and hospital paediatric care. Pets accepted upon approval. For dogs: equipped beach is about 150 m. It is possible to use the swimming pool that is 5 minutes drive (Residence Casarino, Loano).
