The position

Among palms and olive trees, the Residence is located in a quiet and panoramic area less than 750 meters from the beach with all the shops and the historical centre within easy striking distance. It is suitable for families with children.

The apartments

There are Standard or Superior Aparments and they are spacious, sunny and well furnished with air conditioning (Superior flat) or a ceiling fan in the double bedroom (Standard flat), a digital safe, TV, wi-fi, phone and a long balcony with 2 sunchairs. Some of them have sea view, while others overlook the pools, the garden, the hill and Ranzi, a typical Ligurian village.

Apartment A

Two-room for 3-4 people (approx. 35-45 sqm), composed of kitchen with sofa bed, double bedroom or living room with double sofa bed, kitchen or kitchenette, double bedroom, storage room, bathroom.

Apartment B

Three-room for 5 people (approx. 50 sqm), composed of an indipendent kitchen, double bedroom and a single bed, living room with double sofa bed, storage room, bathroom. Pools view.

Apartment C

Three-room for 6 people (approx. 60-70 sqm), composed of kitchenette, living room with single sofa bed, double bedroom and a single bed, double bedroom, storage room, bathroom. Pools view.

The facilities

Lobby with reception, 2 swimming pools (open from May to September) one of which for children with sunchairs, umbrellas and sunbeds, fitness area with gym, free private shuttle at scheduled times to the Residence from Monday to Friday, laundry/ironing room, bar, children's playroom, baby beds, high chairs, changing tables, baby bathtubs (to request on booking), table-tennis, large furnished patio, living room, library, wi-fi, 2 lifts, a paediatrician and medical consultation (external service, extra charge), unattended private outdoor car parking (one space for apartment), garage and bicycles. Special discounts to Card Orchidea holders, cycling, trekking and horse riding routes at discounted prices, personalized tours in the picturesque hinterland, whale watching, canoa tours and sailing tours.
